Elementary K-5th Program
River City Christian School’s elementary program is designed to meet the unique needs of each student through individualized learning plans and hands-on, project-based learning. Grounded in biblical principles, our curriculum nurtures both academic growth and spiritual development. Students from Kindergarten through 5th grade engage in dynamic, faith-centered lessons that build critical thinking skills across all subjects, including science, technology, engineering, art, and math. Middle School 6th - 8th Program
At River City Christian School, our middle school curriculum is built on a strong biblical foundation and tailored to meet the unique learning needs of each student. Through individualized learning plans and project-based experiences, we prepare students for success in college, career, and beyond.
We continue building on the skills developed in elementary school, challenging students to grow academically, spiritually, and creatively. Core subjects include Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math (STEAM), alongside Bible, History, Reading and Language Arts, and Physical Education. Students also have the opportunity to explore their passions through a variety of electives, including Coding, Computer Science, Band, Choir, Culinary Arts, and Visual Arts,. As students progress, eighth graders can begin earning high school credits through advanced elective courses. |
High School 9th - 12th Program
River City Christian School is dedicated to providing students with a Christian Education that offers all Core subjects, Bible, and many electives including college and career readiness for every high school student.
RCCS establishes graduation requirements in compliance with Texas State law and requires each high school student to have a Graduation Plan. This plan outlines prescribed credits in Bible, English, Mathematics, Social Studies, Science, Foreign Language, Speech, Technology Applications, Physical Education and elective courses.

High School Course Requirements
A high school student must earn at least 22 credits to complete the Minimum High School Program to be eligible for graduation. One half credit (1/2) credit is equal to one (1) semester. |
