​Mr. Ezzard Castillo is the Executive Director of RCCS. Serving his 21th year at RCCS, Mr. Castillo looks forward to the amazing opportunities in store for this school year.

Donna Castillo

Principal / Finance Manager

Mrs. Donna Castillo retired from USAA after 30 years of service. Prior to that, she was a public school teacher for 7 years. A member of the RCCS  Board, she is enjoying retirement by continuing to serve as the Finance Manager and  Principal of RCCS. ​

Mrs. Candy McKee

Administrative Assistant

Mrs. Candy McKee is a dedicated leader and Oral Roberts University graduate. She served as a Youth Pastor for 16 years alongside her husband and now works as an Assistant Pastor and Women’s Ministry Leader at her local church. Married for 24 years, she and her husband have three wonderful boys. In her free time, she enjoys watching movies and reading books. Mrs. McKee’s passion for ministry and family shines through in all she does.

Mr. Larry Romine

 Athletic Program Manager / Faculty

Mr. Larry Romine is a seasoned educator with extensive teaching experience across all areas of instruction and an impressive 46-year tenure as a coach. In addition to his professional accomplishments, Mr. Romine has been happily married for 56 years and is a proud parent of two children and three grandchildren.​

Mrs. Donna Romine

Powerline Program Manager

Mrs. Donna Romine is a Logos Bible College graduate. As the Powerline Program Manager, she is responsible for implementing the program in RCCS and providing valuable support to the Program in other schools. Outside of her professional duties, she finds joy in gardening and cherishes spending quality time with her grandchildren.

Mrs. J. Rose Rhoads

Curriculum & Instruction/Marketing

Mrs. J. Rose Rhoads is a devoted wife and mother of two, married for 23 years. She loves to study, travel, and supports teaching staff in curriculum and instruction design and implementation. Mrs. Rhoads also supports student success through individualized education planning. She is a graduate of St. Leo University.

Mr. Kevin Adams

Culinary Program Manager / Faculty

Mr. Kevin Adams is the Culinary Program Manager at RCCS. In this role, he oversees the RCCS Culinary Program, where students not only learn essential life skills but also earn valuable certifications for future employment opportunities. A proud graduate of Wayland Baptist University, Mr. Adams is a wounded warrior and a veteran of the Global War on Terror. His passion for empowering students and his remarkable background make him an invaluable asset to the program.

Ms. Tina Nieto

Ms. Tina Nieto is the cornerstone of the RCCS Elementary family. Her unwavering creative spirit and can-do attitude position her as a natural leader on multiple RCCS event committees. A proud graduate of UTSA, she enjoys baking, reading, Zumba, and worship.

​Mr. Antonio Webster, affectionately known as "Coach Web," plays an integral role in our Athletics Department, working closely with our student-athletes to foster their growth and success. With two decades of marriage under his belt, Mr. Webster is not only dedicated to his profession but also to his family. As an alumnus of Grand Canyon University, he brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our educational institution.

Ms. Clarisa May, hailing from Kansas City, MO, is a graduate of the University of Houston with a successful career in coaching college volleyball. Her passion for teaching, mentoring, and sharing the word of God has been at the core of her professional and personal endeavors.

Ms. Rosemarie Garza is a dynamic individual with a diverse range of interests. She finds pleasure in watching the History Channel and Animal Planet. In addition, she has a penchant for crafting, listening to music, and honing her culinary skills in the kitchen.
