Thanks to Dr. & Mrs. Alvarado, we will offer FREE Athletic Physicals to our students. The physicals will be done on Thursday afternoon, Sept,5, during the end of the school day.  We recommend all students take advantage of the free physical in case they decide to cheer, run track, play basketball, soccer, etc.  This is an opportunity for them to get their needed physical without having to make an appointment or miss school.

Each child will receive a Medical History - PrePartipation form today.  If you would like for your child to take advantage of this opportunity we will need the Medical History form completed and returned on Tuesday, Sept. 3.  This will allow us time to prepare for the physicals.
