Meet the Administrator:
After serving this wonderful nation for twenty years as a member of the United States Air Force, Ezzard “Cas” Castillo has devoted the last nineteen years working with students with learning struggles. Thirteen of those years have been here at RCCS. He has worked in Christian education for a total of twenty-one years and holds Master's degrees in Education and Theology. In addition, Mr. Castillo serves on the ICAA Accreditation Commission. He is an ordained minister and been married to his wonderful wife, Donna, for thirty years. Together they have raised two sons and a daughter and presently have five grandsons.
